Medium 4pc The Ripper Grinder
The Ripper Grinder is made with such materials that it is the last grinder you will ever need to buy. While the vast majority of grinders on the market including very expensive ones are made from aluminium the RIpper is made from stainless steel. This does mean that it is quite a lot heavier than an aluminium grinder but it also means it is unlikely to ever wear out.
The Ripper comes with a choice of 3 different grind plates. Either a fine, medium or course grind. This will need to be chosen on this page. Out of the three options the medium is probably the most versatile.
The 4pc of course has four different sections. Starting from the top you have the main grind plate which is the same for all versions of this grinder. This is the part that you twist to get the job done. The next layer is the other grind plate which does dictate what grind consistency you end up with. Once your herb is ground it will drop through into the 3rd layer which is where you collect your herb. This layer also holds the sifting screen where it allows pollen to fall through into the bottom 4th layer. The 4pc Ripper also comes with a ball bearing which can be placed in the 3rd laryer with your ground herb. The function of the ball is to knock off some of the pollen should you want to maximise the amount of pollen that drops through into the bottom layer. And of course the bottom 4th layer is where your pollen will end up. Over time with plenty of grinding the pollen tray will fill up with a usable amount of pollen to do with as you wish.
With this being a 4 piece you can also remove the 3rd sifting layer turing your 4 piece into a 3 piece. Doing this means all your herb and pollen will end up in the same chamber.
